We've lived through a real crappy era of capitalism.

Filled with lies, deception, and huge abscence of authenticity.

No wonder we had a recession.

As a marketer, this video hit hard. We are the voice of our organizations. We create the preception for customers. For years, advertising performance was driven by metrics. Today, we must change our philosophy. We must exit an era of deception and move into a time of authentic messaging.

We must bring morals to our metrics and focus on authenticity over customer conversion.

This video is a beautful satire of the “undertone nonsense” marketers have brought to the table over the past 15 years. If you own an advertising agency, please change this.

What bothers you about advertising? What type of ads do you like? Let me know in the comments below.

Try substituting ‘socialism’ in your sentence above. How about the greatest lie of the year, have you kept your Dr. ?
The housing bubble was started by Clinton, but kept alive by Bush so both are at fault. That’s the source of the current recession

What bothers me about ads? All the sexual innuendoes and naked bodies. Is that really necessary? NO

I remember reading a book by a guy that had a chapter “fake it til you make it.” His name was Dale Partridge. How long are you going to keep it up?
