As a marketer, this video hit hard. We are the voice of our organizations. We create the preception for customers. For years, advertising performance was driven by metrics. Today, we must change our philosophy. We must exit an era of deception and move into a time of authentic messaging.
We must bring morals to our metrics and focus on authenticity over customer conversion.
