Non-acceptance (i.e. resistance) is a recipe for pain and suffering. So accepting the facts of the present moment is key to your peace.

Acceptance is also the key to creating change – once you accept “what is” you have more freedom, space and energy within yourself to see solutions and create a new path forward.
