If you want to live a calm, peaceful, healthy and happy life… learn this one simple tool that you were gifted when you were born – the ability to let your breathing bring healing to your state of being.

What is belly breathing?

Belly breathing, also known as diaphragmatic breathing, involves breathing from the diaphragm (expanding and contracting the belly). It’s so common to breathe only from the chest, involving shallower, less conscious breathing. But the benefits of breathing from the belly area are AMAZING!

It is an incredibly powerful, simple and immediately available free way to bring calm to your body and mind. At least once a day, practice breathing from you belly, letting it rise and fall. Try this for yourself. Perhaps start out with doing 20 breaths this way when you first wake up and notice the difference it makes to your day. We do this when we first wake up and before we go to bed.
