Your life experience is heavily impacted by the story you tell yourself. The story about what has happened to you in the past, what is happening to you right now in your circumstances, and what you think will happen in the future.

You do have a “story” about yourself (we all do!) – it's a story about your life, your work, your finances, your health, your relationships. You have a story about possibilities, opportunities, your goals and your potential. You have a story about everything!

A story is simply a narrative that you lay on top of the facts.

That story can help you or hinder you. And…

You have the power to completely change your story anytime you want.

You are an amazing inspiration to all of us. I fled domestic violence and am on my fourth year “out”. I am working hard to become the person I was meant to be before all of this happened. It is hard work but so worth it. I fled after 42 years so it is never too late.
I relate to everything you teach and am truly grateful to have found you. Thank you for all you do.
    Love, Kellie
