In Part Three: Integrating Feminine Spirit & Masculine Power, Bernadette Logue and Patricia Varley share why the balance of these two aspects of ourselves is so important and how to check yourself in terms of your own energy balance with regards to living from both your feminine spirit and masculine power.
This is not about gender. Being male or female is irrelevant – as every living being has these two inherent aspects to their energy, feminine spirit and masculine power. We also take a peak at what it looks like if you're out of balance and discuss the flow on impacts in your health, relationships, career/business when you unknowingly (or knowingly!) allow one aspect of your natural energy to dominate.
This audio coaching series is presented to you by two authentic, trail blazing spiritual nomads, who bring you empowering insights into how they saw the energy imbalance in their own lives, and took a step back to reflect on this and adjust their course in life in order to take leaps forward. Bernadette and Patricia have both benefited first-hand from the value of integrating the feminine spirit and masculine power that each of us possesses, and are committed to supporting you to do the same.

In this coaching session above, we talk about what it takes to balance both sides of our energy – the feminine spirit (allowing, receiving, nurturing, being willing to open ourselves up, and being intuitive and heart-led – the ‘being' aspect of ourselves) with the masculine power (creating, taking action in the world, being mind-based – the ‘doing' aspect of ourselves).
We talk specifically about how many of us, particularly in the western world, have been conditioned to harden our exterior, and the masculine aspect of who we are overpowers the feminine side. Many of us tend to overcompensate for our fears, for what we think we need to be in the world in order to thrive and to achieve what is important to us. To move forward from here, with a sense of empowerment and greater balance, we need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable – to open up to the gifts of rebalancing.
Yet, it's very common to fear being vulnerable, and to fear slowing down because of what we might hear from our inner voice.
The book that both Patricia and Bernadette talk about in this audio coaching session, and highly recommend, directly addresses the gifts of being vulnerable, and how this can transform our experience of life. The book is Daring Greatly by Brene Brown. Below is one of Brene's renowned Ted Talks, on the topic of vulnerability.
