This was the reminder I needed today. I am “in my head” so often and recently I have been spending an inordinate amount of time on mental activities as I try to seek more information to assist me on my spiritual path. My spiritual library is filled with books on all subjects (intuition, life purpose, chakras, energy healing, etc) and I suddenly found myself jumping from one subject to the other, taking notes, organizing the notes, finding the ways they all connect. What I am discovering is that at the end of the day all of those mental activities and seeking answers externally (which does have its place, as you mentioned, of course!) honestly do not click unless I take the quiet time to allow that information to sink in and to really feel what truly resonates with me. I need to ‘feel’ the information and allow the teachings to sink down to soul level. I forgot what a difference that makes! I have always placed so much value on critical thinking and problem-solving, but when we are soul-searching and light-seeking, the knowledge and the answers and connections actually come from that place of stillness within. I need to remind myself of that from time to time and your message was very timely and it was warmly welcomed by me (and my soul!)

Yes 100% hear you Jennifer. So true, the external gathering and analysis of info is all part of it, but letting the information sink in and seeing what resonates deeply inside is the key. So powerful. Thanks for sharing this. Much love, B
