This was really powerful for me.
I carry a lot of shame and guilt for things I shouldn’t and it’s due to my upbringing and this just really helped reinforce that I just need to work on redirecting my mind- it’s all a perspective shift!

You might also consider, if you’re not already doing this, using EFT/Tapping as it’s a very powerful and effective tool for releasing emotions like guilt and shame.
