  1. Thanks for your video. I have grown increasingly more and more uncomfortable in my own skin over the last 5 years. I’m 47, remarried and have 2 children and 3 step children. I find myself growing less and less social over time. I have taken something for depression for 20 years. I’ve always been a “worry wort”, lately even more so. I imagine horrible things happening to my kids, myself and the people I love. My parents divorced when I was 11 and I’m an only child.

  2. This was such a great video. So many feelings that I feel everyday in social settings were captured by it and such feelings can really get overwhelming sometimes. A lovely reminder that we were born enough and any thoughts saying otherwise are simply just thoughts, not facts. Learning to accept yourself and be enough for yourself is definitely a journey but hopefully will find that peace someday! Thanks Bernadette 🙂
