    Such a good point.. it was only yesterday my son was telling me how he got rid of all the friends that were bringing him down or too demanding.

    My question on the topic: “Follow your joy”.

    Like when I have alot to do and I find myself not meeting up it some time make me feel bad.

    Please, what should I do.

      Hi Omasiri, do you mean “not meeting up” with friends? or meeting up with things you like to do?
      Either way, when we get busy, we have to be even more conscious about what we choose, as we only have limited time and energy each day, so we sometimes have to make tough choices about saying no to some things and keeping our time for what is most important. It’s not easy, and it won’t ever be perfect, but with time and permission to do what feels good to us, we can carve out use of our time in ways that are most aligned to our own heart/soul. Also – being super organized helps! The more organized in advance that we are, the more we can plan and get things done, and think ahead about what will serve us and what won’t.     I need to get off Twitter! Drains me, angers me, distresses me. I feel so much better when I stay away, but always get sucked back in. I am making a conscious effort though. Thanks for your email and videos! Like a bright light. 😉
