  1. Oh Bernadette, Thank you so much for posting this here, now and bang on the subject I most needed help with! How do you find the strength and focus to put this into practice, in the moment that drama arises, before it engulfs you. Do you have any tips on how to be prepared in advance? A crisis always seems to creep up on me unawares. (This relates to a close family member’s drama that is imposed on me.) Thank you so much.

    1. Hey Louise, it’s all practice. The more you practice self awareness, present, mindfulness, meditation etc the more space you create within yourself to observe life vs react to life. It’s not always easy, but with practice it comes. I find it very important to create calm within myself, in order to be calm with life. That’s the key. Cultivating a calm, present sense inside yourself. With love! B
