To live the type of inspired and vibrant life we want, we have to be strong in what we commit to, and strong in how we hold ourselves to it.
So today it's time to check yourself… do you make and then break commitments to yourself?
Is that something you do only with “little things” or does it apply to the “big important things”?
Do you then get frustrated with yourself, beating yourself up?
It's a viscous cycle, and you know the result is that nothing ever changes. That is, of course, UNLESS you bring more conscious awareness into the equation, to break that old cycle!
