SERENITY – On Demand 10 Day Meditation Series

This meditation journey will help you to let go of what steals your peace, and bring you to a state of greater ease in your mind, body and emotional system. The easy-to-follow 10 day experience is a gift you give yourself – to release, restore and recharge. Each day you receive a theme, with a daily “choice” to make and a meditation mantra to use. The daily audios contain 5-10 minutes of peaceful coaching to guide you on the theme for the day, followed by 10 minutes space for a breathing mantra meditation (supported by serene background music).

You also receive a PDF guide summarizing each daily theme, choice and meditation mantra, along with a daily reflection prompt.
