A Simple Tool to Help Reduce Anxiety

I recently stumbled upon an article on Inc.com with a fascinating way to help reduce anxiety.

According to the article, research has shown that certain types of music create positive physiological changes, helping to reduce anxiety. Particular songs have actually been designed for this very purpose!

The article provides a playlist of these songs, and notes that the most effective one, a song called “Weightless”, was proven to reduce anxiety by up to 65%.
