Seeing the Positive All Around You – Living with Balanced Awareness

Ready to start seeing the positive, instead of feeling bombarded by the negative?

If you watch the news or read the newspaper, you are probably all too aware of what's going wrong in the world.

If you're into personal growth, you're also probably acutely aware of what you want to “improve” about yourself and your life (which can accidentally become a little list called “what's wrong with me and my life”).

Today stand back and focus on seeing all that's right with yourself and life, seeing all that is right in the world. There is plenty that's right. It's all there for you to see. You will always find evidence to support your perspective. So just look for it. And as you tune into seeing all that is right, and celebrate those things, also help others to do the same. It is not denying the challenges, it is BALANCING your awareness to see both sides of the coin.
