  1. I love this! And I commit! Quick question: does the 10-20 minute meditation need to be done in one stretch? Or can I do say 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night?

    1. Hey Jamie, awesome, joining the meditation flow with me, I love it. Do what feels good to you. I do a meditation morning and night. The morning usually 10 minutes of pure med, and 5-10 minutes of visualisation and conversation with the Universe/Source 🙂 and at night 10-20 minutes meditation and gratitude before sleep. Make up the ritual and process that works for you and your lifestyle. If you aren’t meditating already, 10 minutes morning and night is a great starting point and if you have time and it works you can increase that to 15 and 15 or 20 and 20, whatever suits you. As I know you are a writer, and I’m a writer too, I can assure you that the practise of meditating will profoundly support your writing with creativity, intuition, connection and much more. Bx
