In an attempt to fit in, to “put your best foot forward”, to be successful (socially or professionally) do you adapt yourself and try to be MORE of something?

Sometimes, without even realising it, we adjust ourselves as we try to be what we think others want us to be, what we think people will like, what we think will get us better outcomes.

Today consider how you might be doing this in your own life, and the effort it takes! It's quite draining, right?

Then consider whether JUST BEING YOU might be equally, if not more, effective in terms of getting the best outcomes in your life…

Thanks B, for the timely reminder as I go for job interviews.
Where/ when am I not myself? When I’m being an extrovert to please the work environment or family situation I find myself in. Growing older and deciding “no more…..” is freeing.
