Often people become somewhat immune to their feelings – disconnected and not hearing the messages that their feelings are trying to give them.

  • If you are connected, are you taking the messages you are receiving and making adjustments in yourself and your life where you need to?

  3. I’m very angry because within the last 6 months I’ve had my home broken into and 2 so called friends think it was ok for them to money from me that couldn’t afford to lose in the first place and I will probably never get it back and I’m the one who always helping others
    So honestly I don’t understand how people can be ok with doing things like this when I have done absolutely nothing for anyone to do something like this to me the first time it happened repeatedly I can’t comprehend that. What is my body trying to tell me?

    1. Hi Cathy, I hear you, and how upset and confusing it must be, and how let down you feel by people not respecting you in the way you want and need. There can be so many lessons we can take from situations like this. Challenges like this can help us to reflect on who we surround ourselves with, our boundaries, our communication and priorities, asking us to learn how to be with the difficulties of life and find peace and empowerment during those dark moments… so many potential things we can learn and take away from these times, to help us to reclaim personal power and strength. In case it helps, I do recommend the EFT/tapping technique for dealing with intense feelings like anger. I’ve put a link to a free resources about it, along with a post from a guest expert on anger management to help process what you’re feeling.
