Have you ever felt inspired about something, had an aha moment, a wonderful idea, a sense of purpose or calling to do something?

And then… after a while you eventually notice that you've lost the original inspiration and joyous feeling you had, as the noise in your mind takes over, you become so busy “trying” to “make it happen”. And nothing seems to go the way you thought it would.

This is when inspiration turns into expiration and exasperation!

In this reflection we cover how as human beings we make an inspired life so complicated, when our minds, egos, assumptions and projections all jump on top of the beautiful inspirations we get.

And I offer you a simple invitation to see what happens if instead… you just let the inspirations that arise be what they are, without attachment to what might happen if you give life to those magical ideas.

Can you relate to this experience, of having an inspiration and then attaching on with beliefs, opinions, judgments, expectations and more?

Have you already found peace and joy in letting go of attachment and just living an inspired life moment by moment without projecting what might happen next?
