What Specific Information do We Collect & How?

Updating or Removing Your Personal Information
At any time you can review and update most aspects of your private, password protected Personal Information that you have provided us in your Registered User Account/s (by logging into your education Members Area account here or logging into your online shop Customer Account here).

Please be aware that even after your request for a change to your Personal Information is processed, or after you update/remove Personal Information yourself via your login, we may, for a time, retain residual information about you in backup and/or archival copies in our database. If, however, you wish this information to be permanently removed please contact us at email@example.com and we will process your request asap (we aim to turnaround customer enquiries and requests within 2 business days).
Additionally, you can also choose to permanently close your Registered User Account/s through the Site at any time. If you close your Registered Account/s, we will remove your private, password protected Personal Information from our database. However, please note that in the event you delete your Registered User Account/s, we will retain any aggregated Non-Personal Information on our database.

When someone submits an email enquiry to us, the return email address provided is used to answer the email enquiry we receive.

Using Facebook Commenting on Our Website
